Ľubomír is an experienced attorney-at-law specializing in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, and competition law. His strong legal knowledge and deep understanding of the business and financial aspects of transactions makes his approach to complex legal and commercial situations highly valued. He also has broad experience in leading and coordinating important cross-border projects and frequently cooperates with law offices abroad.
He is a partner at PETERKA & PARTNERS, and has been actively involved in the management of the Slovak office since 2015, serving as its Director since 2019. He is also the Leader of the Automotive practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
During his tenure at the firm, he has been involved in significant transactions and advised many key Slovak and international clients, particularly on M&A (including real estate transactions) and various financing projects.
