Professional Background

Ľubomír focuses on mergers and acquisitions transactions, business law, and banking and finance. He has broad experience in leading and coordinating important cross-border projects and frequently cooperates with foreign law offices. Clients appreciate his varied skill set, including his business and financial acumen.
Ľubomír is a member of the Local Management Board in the Bratislava office. He co-managed the office as Deputy Director from 2015-2019. In 2019, he was promoted to Partner and appointed Director for Slovakia. He is also the Leader of the Automotive practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
In his practice, Ľubomír has advised a number of major national and international clients including, for example, Atlas Copco, Alcatel-Lucent, Bibby, Descours & Cabaud, PSA Peugeot Citroën, SCA, Skanska, and UNIQA, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (including real estate transactions) and various financing projects.
