Professional Background

Marcin focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial matters. He also gained extensive experience in data protection law while leading projects on the implementation of the GDPR in several enterprises, including a major group of companies from the energy industry. His professional expertise covers legal advisory on transactional and corporate matters for local and international clients from, among others, the machinery production, IT and sports & entertainment industries.
Marcin is the Leader of the Polish Desk at PETERKA PARTNERS. He coordinates legal advisory services for Polish clients operating in the CEE region.
He successfully represented a renowned Azerbaijani sports club in two consolidated international arbitration proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne in a €1-million dispute.
