Adéla is a Partner and Director of PETERKA PARTNERS Czech Republic, she manages the Prague office with her Co-Director, Barbora Urbancová. Adéla is also the Leader of the Labour Law practice, and the Retail and Luxury practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
She has extensive experience in leading and coordinating important cross-border projects; she represents major clients, both sellers and buyers, in acquisitions, transformations, and reorganizations. She advises major employers on a wide range on labour law issues, from setting up processes and employment relationships, especially with key employees and managers, to termination of employment, remuneration, collective bargaining, and the use of new technologies in labour relations.
She manages an extensive portfolio of clients from various industries, including commerce and services. She specializes in advising clients from the retail, fashion, and luxury goods sector, for whom she provides comprehensive day-to-day advice and project management.
Adéla regularly lectures at professional conferences, organizes legal seminars, workshops, and training sessions, comments on legal news in the media, and publishes articles.
