Professional Background

Dagmara specializes in civil and commercial litigation. She focuses mainly on supporting air carriers in litigation, including in regards to Reg. 261/2004. She also has significant experience in representing business entities in court proceedings and advising on dispute resolution, including legal matters connected with insurance law, infrastructure investments within the scope of contractual penalties, for withdrawal from construction contracts, contractual penalties for delays, and fees for additional and substitute works.
Dagmara was appointed Director of the Office in Rzeszów in February 2025. Dagmara is also the Leader of the Aviation practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
Before joining the firm, Dagmara gained professional experience in several law firms, where she was focused mainly on civil law, litigation, insurance law, consumer protection and construction law.
