Professional Background

Gábor’s main fields of practice are real estate and labour law, but he also frequently deals with commercial, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions matters. In addition to this, he also has expertise in competition law and consumer protection matters.
Gábor was appointed a member of the Local Management Board in Budapest in 2019; he co-manages the Hungarian PETERKA PARTNERS office as Deputy Director for Hungary. Gábor is also the Leader of the German Desk at PETERKA PARTNERS.
Before joining the firm, Gábor assisted several clients, mainly with complex residential and non-residential real estate investments, but also with various HR matters on a day-to-day basis, furthermore, he also works regularly on due diligence and mergers and acquisitions projects.
