Monika participates actively in the development and expansion of the firm. She specializes in corporate law, and compliance. She provides comprehensive advice on labour law and real estate. She was appointed Partner in 2009.Monika has advised major clients such as Veolia, ECE – European City Estates, Zannier, PSA Peugeot Citroen, Alta, Chemotex Děčín and Královopolská Ria.
In 2006, she established the PETERKA PARTNERS office in Kyiv, Ukraine, and between 2006 and 2008 managed and developed legal advice and assistance of the firm's multinational as well as Czech and Slovak clients on the Ukrainian market.
Monika is actively involved in the Czech Bar Association and has been a member of the Bar's Disciplinary Commission since 2013.
