Jakub mainly focuses on labour law, corporate law, law of foreign nationals and administrative law, including the representation of clients in many administrative proceedings.
Jakub is the Leader of the Immigration practice at PETERKA PARTNERS. He is a member of several of the firm's practices focusing on labour law, compliance and regulatory. He is also a member of the German Desk at PETERKA PARTNERS.
Jakub began his cooperation with the firm as a paralegal, and from 2016, he has been a Junior Associate.
