Tedi provides legal advice to clients on corporate matters, employment law, insolvency, and regulatory compliance.She has advised companies on the incorporation of entities, mergers, and capital changes. She also has experience in the field of anti-money laundering, including advising companies on the implementation of internal policies and procedures and compliance with applicable legislation.
In her practice, Tedi also assists clients with litigation matters, in particular with passenger claims in the aviation sector and employment-related disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Tedi worked as an in-house counsel at one of Bulgaria’s leading healthcare institutions, where she gained significant experience in medical law, regulatory requirements applicable to public enterprises, transaction negotiations with leading pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations, and public procurement.
