Professional Background

Rostislav provides comprehensive advice on corporate and personal income tax, VAT, customs duties, excise taxes and international taxation. He is the Leader of the Tax Desk at PETERKA PARTNERS.
Rostislav also has extensive experience in providing solutions to the transfer pricing issues of multinational companies. He has participated in many tax due diligence reviews. He also focuses on tax litigations and representing clients in tax proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Rostislav worked in the tax departments of leading consulting companies, including from the Big 4 for eleven years.
