Professional Background

Marek specializes in commercial law, with a focus on corporate matters throughout the entire lifecycle of a company – from establishment and structuring to governance, transactional support, and operational matters. He also provides practical legal support to clients in regards to their day-to-day activities, helping them navigate legal and regulatory requirements efficiently. A key part of his practice includes advising on matters related to the Slovak Register of Public Sector Partners, assisting clients in meeting compliance obligations.
Marek also cooperates with colleagues on matters involving real estate law, litigation, and data protection.
During his LL.M. studies at Central European University and study stays abroad, Marek acquired vast knowledge of European and international private, constitutional, and human rights law.
