Professional Background

Marek mainly focuses on corporate law, contractual law, litigation, real estate and data protection. He has experience working with local and international clients on a variety of legal matters.
Before joining the firm, Marek worked as an associate in renowned local and international firms, gaining extensive knowledge in providing legal opinions, and drafting and reviewing legal documents, in, among others, the areas of commercial law, litigation, real estate law and employment law.
During his LL.M. studies at Central European University, Marek acquired vast knowledge of European and international private law, constitutional law and human rights law.
