Professional Background

Kristina is a seasoned expert in employment and commercial law, with many years of experience. She has advised some of the largest employers in Slovakia.
Kristina is the Leader of the Labour Law practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
Her expertise includes collective bargaining with trade unions, issues connected with the automatic transfer of employees, restructuring and collective redundancies, immigration and posting of employees, as well as general advice on day-to-day operations.
She also represents clients in labour inspections and employment litigation. Her long-term secondment experience has given her deep insight into HR challenges in the automotive sector, enabling her to deliver practical, legally-sound solutions.
Kristina is also active in the French-speaking community and actively participates in its events, namely by lecturing on current employment and immigration law topics.
