Professional Background

Andrea mainly focuses on matters concerning real estate, construction and development, commercial transactions, public procurement, contractual law, and litigation. She also advises on a variety of commercial law issues, customer-supplier relationships, and the related disputes in court proceedings.
Andrea is the Leader of the French Desk at PETERKA PARTNERS and is a long-standing partner at the firm. From 2015 to 2019, she served as Director of the Slovak office.
She has represented numerous prominent domestic and international clients.
Andrea is also actively engaged in the French-speaking community and represents the firm in the French-Slovak Chamber of Commerce, where she currently serves as Vice-President on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
