Professional Background

Andrea mainly focuses on issues concerning commercial law, real estate, construction and development, and contractual law. More particularly, she focuses on a variety of commercial law issues, among others on acquisition and property management, greenfield projects, customer-supplier relationships, problematic contracts for work and the subsequent litigation.
Andrea is the Leader of the French Desk at PETERKA PARTNERS. From 2014 to 2019, she was an active member of the Local Management Board and she led the Slovak office for four years.
Andrea has vast experience in the regional coordination of legal services and frequently cooperates with foreign law offices. During her career, she has represented numerous well-known national and international clients, for example, PSA Peugeot Citroën, Veolia, Škoda Transportation, Continental Matador, City-Arena, Skanska, etc.
Andrea is keenly interested in art, especially art history, art law and the business practices of the art world. To obtain further experience and knowledge in these areas, she attended the “Art Law for Art World Professionals” course, and the intensive semester-long programme “Art and Business” offered by Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, and focused on management issues related to global art business practices, with a particular emphasis on the international auction house system, analysing art market data evaluating the market value for works of art.
Andrea is a member of the Administration Council of the French-Slovak Chamber of Commerce.
