PETERKA & PARTNERS Slovakia provided legal services to YCE HOUSING I (a member of Vicus Capital Advisors), a Finnish fund managing real estate investment and development funds, in relation to the development of four residential projects in Bratislava, including drafting all contractual documentation for the acquisition of plots of land, construction and sale of units to final clients, and commenting on the contractual documentation with the financing bank. The value of the project is several million Euro.
