The September issue of CEE Legal Matters magazine is focused on Antitrust and Competition and two of our colleagues have published articles on this practice area from the perspectives of Belarusian and Slovak law.

Jakub Jost, Associate, Leader of the Antitrust and Competition practice at the Slovak office, wrote an article about the Slovak Antimonopoly Office (the PMU): “The Dusk of (Illegal) Dawn Raids in Slovakia?”.
