The Ukrainian office of PETERKA & PARTNERS represented ABRO INDUSTRIES, INC., a well-known American company producing top-quality automotive, industrial and consumer products, in disputing a trademark application infringing upon our client’s intellectual property rights at its registration stage with the Ukrainian Trademark Office. The registration of the infringing application was denied.
