PETERKA & PARTNERS Slovakia, in cooperation with the French-Slovak Chamber of Commerce and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia, had the pleasure of hosting a successful business breakfast seminar with the title “Working Time and its Organization by the Employer”, prepared by Pavol Kundrik, Senior Associate and Leader of the Labour Law practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS.
The main topics discussed were questions regarding the organization of working time by the employer, the “ground-breaking” ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union regarding the tracking of working time, and the impact of social politics on working time.
The seminar took place twice, on 10 December, and 12 December, at our Bratislava office.
