In their chapter, Jakub, and co-author Slavomir Olsovsky, who is a Senior Translator with the Directorate-General for Translation, European Commission, Luxembourg, describe and discuss the current state of the implementation of the Information Society Directive, as well as some new developments introduced by the latest recodification of copyright law in Slovakia.
