This important legislative update aims to correct inadvertencies between two previous amendments to Construction Law no. 50/1991 in relation to the permitting process for renewable energy projects created following the enactment in 2022 of: (i) Law no. 254/2022 Amending Construction Law no. 50/1991 and other Normative Acts (“Law 254/2022”); and (ii) Law no. 262/2022 Amending Land Law no. 18/1991 and Construction Law no. 50/1991.
