PETERKA & PARTNERS Budapest has assisted a EU based airline with regard to its legal disputes in the areas of aviation law, litigation law and consumer protection law.
This task included among others the preparation of applications, statements of claim and leading statements to the relevant consumer protection authorities and courts, as well as the representation of the client in all their consumer and legal dispute.
