On July 27, as part of the Legal High School Discussion Hub, “Diia.City”: Pros and Cons”, Taras Utiralov, partner and director of the Ukrainian office of PETERKA & PARTNERS, a leader of IT practice, spoke about the differences in legislative regulation between gig contracts and labour contracts and contracts with private entrepreneurs on the provision of services.
Gig contracts are a new and promising form of engaging IT specialists to implement projects designed to stimulate the development of the digital economy, promote the attraction of talents and increase the efficiency of their work.
