Senior Lawyer Georgi Kanev spoke at a seminar focused on copyright last week in Sofia, Bulgaria. Georgi was one of two speakers to share their thoughts on copyright-related matters. Georgi discussed the creation of copyrighted works under both Bulgarian and US copyright law (e.g., one of the ways to have in place “work made for hire” pursuant to US copyright law). Many practical issues related to the creation of copyrighted works and their protection were touched upon at the seminar. We would like to thank all involved for the interesting event.
