PETERKA & PARTNERS Bulgaria held a seminar dedicated to the General Data Protection Regulation on 28 March in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Mr. Georgi Kanev, Senior Associate at the Sofia office, introduced the essential points of this new EU Regulation which will come into effect on 25 May 2018. His presentation acquainted the audience with the main implications of the new regulation in view of changes to the legal framework and also provided hints on the steps that may be taken in order to comply with the regulation.
