The PETERKA & PARTNERS Kyiv team has assisted a subsidiary of a renowned international company in obtaining a permission from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for 15 employees of the client to enter the territory of Ukraine. While in general foreigners are temporarily prohibited from entering Ukraine due to a quarantine, certain exceptions are allowed for the most important cases. Our team managed to successfully substantiate the strategic importance of planned works in Ukraine, in which the foreigners are engaged.
