Recently, our Czech and Polish Corporate and M&A teams advised on a transaction comprised of selling the holdings of companies conducting business activities in the waste processing field and in the production of innovative fuel. The transaction covered two jurisdictions (the Czech Republic and Poland) and involved complex corporate cross-border issues.
