On 17 May 2017, the book Collective Dismissal in the European Union. A Comparative Analysis, edited by Roberto Cosio, et al., and published by Kluwer Law International was presented in Rome at the Supreme Court of Cassation. Pavol Kundrik, Leader of the Labour Law at PETERKA & PARTNERS, contributed to the book with a chapter titled “Collective Dismissal in Slovakia”.
