PETERKA PARTNERS Bulgaria advised a private investment fund in connection with a contemplated acquisition of a Bulgarian limited liability company operating in the healthcare sector.
The mandate included the preparation of a comprehensive corporate due diligence report covering, among other matters, the incorporation of the target, title to its shares and its current corporate status.
The Bulgarian leg of the deal forms part of a broader multi-jurisdictional transaction involving targets in Poland and Romania. Legal matters under Polish and Romanian law were handled by our respective local offices, with overall coordination across all three jurisdictions led by our Polish office.
