An article by Jiří Černý, Partner and Leader of the Litigation and Insolvency practice has been published in the “Czech Exporter” monthly supplement to the newspaper Hospodářské noviny. In the article Mr. Černý describes certain legal risks connected with entering foreign markets. In this context, it is necessary to introduce efficient internal processes in order to prevent disputes with foreign entities, and to resolve the disputes which have arisen. Mr. Černý provides several examples to explain that it is important to be already aware at the moment when a contractual relationship is created that disputes may arise later, and to adopt efficient measures to ensure a strong position in potential litigation or arbitration.
