Legal assistance to Hanesbrands, a socially responsible manufacturer and marketer of leading everyday basic apparel under some of the world’s strongest apparel brands, and to the client’s Slovak subsidiary, with respect to negotiations with employees related to their work and salary conditions, with the process of collective bargaining and the conclusion of the client’s Slovak subsidiary’s collective agreement, and in relation to other labour law questions, namely in the area of time-off for employees during stocktaking or in relation to the agreement on work activity.
