We are pleased to announce that Adam Knapek and Patricie Machová, both qualified attorneys-at-law admitted to the Czech Bar, have joined the Czech office of PETERKA & PARTNERS.
Adam focuses mainly on dispute resolution, especially on representing clients in proceedings held before courts and in arbitral proceedings. He has taken a significant part in representing major Czech banks in numerous proceedings and he has extensive experience with litigation related to insolvency proceedings and restructuring. Additionally, Adam has provided legal services in dispute resolution related to the area of trademarks, copyright and IT law.
Patricie mainly specializes in commercial law, labour law and real estate law and focuses particularly on contractual obligations and commercial transactions. She is also experienced in the areas of personal data protection and consumer protection. Prior to joining the firm, Patricie gained experience in general legal practice for more than five years (including an internship at the Regional Court in Brno).
